Around Town Progress 🚧⚠
![]() | The “Visual Catalog” in the first half of the book is completely laid out (~65-70 pages) with Chapter 1 nearing completion (there are only 3 chapters, then instructions, so technically 1/3 done?!). I’m currently constructing …construction stuff! 🚛💨 This was a gap that needed to be filled, much like many a pothole around your town, so the progress is slow. But once the content is shored up, then it should be smooth cruising through Chapter 2. On a personal note, I was recently laid off in March. So, this could go either way for you! Either I have a lot more free time to finish the next book, or I’m busy job hunting, and the book might be delayed… Since this is my only income now, I am trying to balance both. Word of mouth and reviews wouldn’t hurt! Thank you again for sticking around. Amazon – leave a review Our Website – leave a review |
Bricksie Collab
If you follow Bricksie, you may have seen this mention on a recent YT video of his. I reached out to Jordan and asked to include a few of his City designs in the next book, Around Town. He agreed!
Book Signing Event & Workshops
In Richmond, KY, this past April, I was honored to be invited as a special guest for a Bricks & Minifigs’ Grand Opening. The owners are great people! I signed books and ran workshops all day, building little LEGO furniture featured in Room By Room. 🔧🔨

| That next weekend, at the end of April, I was at Bricks & Minifigs in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for another day full of activities! Again, the owner was a super nice individual, and I got to meet a lot of cool people – kids, staff, and fellow LEGO AFOLS. 😎 |

Waitin’ for the Bus
I envision waiting for Around Town to come out must be like waiting for a bus. You never really know when it’ll show up! So, I made a little graphic to at least guide us on the route it’ll take. I hope you enjoy watching its progress as much as I do. And in case you’re wondering, I’m measuring the back of the bus crossing the “STOP” line as making it to “Publish St.”! 😅
